GH and MOH

I have BC10 (LZY2035153/1/BC10CNA129/R1A) and have setup group hunting for one of our reception extensions.

My question is: Per Dynatext, a GH member must not be a secondary extension. Does secondary extension mean ADN?

I have setup a DBC 212 with 2 ADN and thought I could use GH to hunt through the ADN's of the DBC12, and provide music until the call is picked-up but no music is heard to waiting callers.

I have no recorded announcement unit - only MOH and would like to achieve that when calls arrive at extension (when already busy) cue up with MOH, until taken.

How would I do this?

correct. to get moh when queuing you require ACD software not group hunt, group hunt will give ring tone to caller as it is now.

Does a licence for one ACD agent cover one or more ADN?

In other words, If I setup only one agent with 3 ADN on the same phone, do I need 3 ACD agent licences?

I'm sure, you can provide music in gh-groups with adn. I do not need ACD for making a huntgroup with adn. I can program ADNs in a gh-group. And it is not possible "to have music until the call is picked". Music is only in a queue. If a agent is free, music will end and you will have ringtone. And for moh in queue I only need a few aspacs (maybe "false B-Answer" and the Timer-Aspac, when the false B-Answer should be given)
