Hi!

System:
VERSION=CXP1010039/4/BC11SP10/R2A

VOICE-MAILBOX 300 7
VOICE-PORT 16 16

GH:
ghgri:grp=7198,lim=1,serv=1001,traf=15,sel=00000,que=0;
ghgmi:grp=7198,dir=1251;

IVM:
IVBOI:DIR=1251,VSD=1310,VCAT=00,LANG=71; /* LANG=russian */
IVBOI:DIR=7198,VSD=1310,VCAT=00,LANG=71;

Phone:
KSCAC:DIR=1251,CDIV=011151122;
CDINI:DIR=1251,DIV=1893;
CDCOI:pRIDIV=1310,PUBDIV=1310;

The external call after the fourth rings is translated to IVM box 7198, but I can not hear this message in a box 7189 with the ext 1251.

If not to create IVM box 7198, the external call will be rejected IVM.

If to make from 1251 obvious translations *21*1310#, the GH group is not becomes accessible to external calls, because one user in her.

How to me to be?

Andy

cdini:dir=gh.grp,div=ivm;
record greeting message in box for gh(7198) .
Set the sel parameter in gh to allow overflow when no availible members.

No. If ext 1251 no answer, external call go to IVM box 7198. Can I read this message from 7198 IVM box?

Andy

Example:
A-party calls 7198.
(if call ends up in voicemail system)
called b-number is 7198 it goes to the 7198 mailbox.[b/]

A-party calls 1251.
(if call ends up in voicemail system)
called b-number is 1251 it goes to the 1251 mailbox.[b/]

(thats the way it works , it's the dialled number that is passed to the voicemail system)
