GFS Backup Rotation

Hello again,

Ok, I'm trying to set up the following GFS in BUE v9, that goes like this.

Daily Monday - Thursday = Different
Weekly Friday = Full
Monthly Last Friday of each Month = FULL

I'm running into the problem that Weekly Friday still wants to run on the last friday of each month.

Is there a way in BUE v9 to set up this kind of GFS.

Sorry for keep asking simply question about BUE v9 but I'm a newbie to this product since worked with ARCserve 2000 in the past.

I'm actually about to set up a backup schedule similar to yours. Instead of scheduling the Weekly Friday using Day of the Week, use the Advanced Scheduling Options. Inside the Advanced options, I plan on using the Week Days to select the days of the month I want. That way I can choose not to select the last friday of the month.

I have not tried this yet to see if my plan will work, but maybe it will point you in the right direction.
