GFP in nonhomogenous network ?

Hi
If having nonhomogenous ISDN PBX network using ISDN ISO GFP protocol for network services , which services will still not be provided ?
Is there an overview of these services documented somewhere ?

I am asking because I have seen that for the Nordic Region in BC11 SP9 there came a new feature for ISO Call Offer support in nonhomogenous ISDN network. (See ALEX)
Obviously this must not have been supported before in such a network.
