GFI Mail Essentials

I use mail essentials to full messages from external mail. We are using adsl thats why we need to use mail essentials. Sudenlly the system stop from receiving internet mails but still can continue to send mails. We followed instruction on how to configure mail essential and reviewed MSX and can't see any problem.

Take note that we can see the mail headers on the mail essentials but it won't go to MSX mailboxes.

Any more ideas or similar solutions.
