Upgraded to 3.0(69) in an attempt to resolve a Voip issue (as recommended by our support partner).
We then started having major problems receiving faxes into GFI Fax Server - Faxes arriving corrupt with noise break through, 50% plus unreadable.
Fax Server is inside the IPO, lines presented via ISDN 30 to IPO, then to Brooktrout Card.
Have a second site with remote IPO & VoIP across a Laser Link, using Voice Networking (all Lines at Main Site)- Cannot receive a Fax from an external source calling the DDI number to Hardware Fax machine at this site, fax is truncated or corrupt. Have separate VoIP for Fax, DTMF out of Band, Fax transport enabled. We can however fax between sites using extension numbers!
