Dear All,
We have interfaced brooktrout E1 interface (GFI fax server) with MXone TSw Sp5 system. lotus Notes ver 8 is on the client side.
One of the key issue we are facing is that PIN codes are not accepted. SLP60 trace has indicated that all digits including PIN code & number is coming to the MD.
Looks like MD is expecting a pause bewteen PIN code & the detsination. There is no option available in brooktrout interface to have a pause or to understand pause from Lotus client /GFI server..
Any ideas??
