getURL - Trouble Changing URL

Trying to edit a Flash file provided by a client that was done by someone else. The client needs some of the URL's changed, but I am unable to edit them. I am trying to change the URL by double-clicking on the action in the Movie Explorer - usually when I do this, the URL shows up in the Actions window so that I can edit it, but that is not the case here. Am I going about this the wrong way?

Have you tried it by double clicking on the buttons, texts or whatever else holds those urls?
