Getttin information from general ledger 1

I need to be able to retrieve information from peachtree the fields general ledger. I am I able to this ?

You can use crystal reports or DDE to do this.

Sorry I did not mean to be so general. The solution that I am using is interfacing through DDE(VB 6 DDE interface). My specific problem is that all the information I want to retrieve from peachtree (complete accounting 2003)
is kept in the General Ledger. At first I thought this information was kept in the General Journal so I coded to appropriately to retrieve information from it. Eventually finding out that this information was not there. I read through the peachtree dde manual but could not find information about a specific journal called general ledger.
Could someone let me know how I could retreive general ledger information using the DDE.
