Getting WAN IP Address on BEFW11S4 via telnet or HTML source

Is there any way to access the Linksys router's WAN IP address other than the browser interface? I've heard there is no telnet interface, and any attempts I've made to access the source of the HTML files has denied my request. I'm trying to write a program that sends my dynamic WAN IP address out to a server. I've been trying Windows tracert, but I can't get to the WAN IP address on the router.

HELP!!! THANKS!!!
