Getting users with permissions to a mailbox in Exchange 2003

My company is upgrading to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 2003 and I have been asked to get a list of users that have permissions to group mailboxes, since it appears that we will need to simultaneously upgrade the mailbox to 2010 and the users accessing that mailbox to Office 2010. I have been using DSGET and DSQUERY for other AD related items, but I can't seem to get it to pull the security permissions from the mailbox. So far my searches on the net have only turned up tools for people who are already on Exchange 2010 and need this information. I can run items on the server if need be, but not if they need to be installed and require a reboot. Direction in this matter is greatly appreciated.

If you're upgrading, use the Ex 2010 server...

Powershell time:
start-transcript
get-mailbox | get-mailboxpermission | fl
stop-transcript

Then dump that into Excel, forget the lines for the admin groups and the SELF rights and you'll be a long way towards your list.

If both servers are in the same Exchange org though, I don't see that you'd need to do this?

Thanks for the information, I appteciate it. The servers are not in the same organization. We were purchased, and as part of the company combining efforts, they are bringing a unified Exchange evironment up simultaneously for our 3 different verticals. This isn't just an Exchange upgrade, it is a reworking of 3 different domains on to a 4th new one to represent the new company. There might be better ways to do it, but I am only the guy tasked with getting the information, not the one doing the move. :)
