getting user's permisssions

i just have one quick question
and that is...

is it possible to get a users permissions to his computer
without his knowledge?

by the way this is for reference only because i think
someone got permissions to my computer without me knowing
and i want to know if it was possible.

also, what happened was when i entered this individuals server, a window popped on my computer

and i was told this was only possible if he got access to your permisissions.

what kind of code did he use?
