I am reorganising our Enterpise set up and have created a number of new User groups in the CMC. I want to delete the redundant ones just to save confusion when in the CMC, however when i tick the group and click on delete i get the following error:
Update Error
There was an error while writing data back to the server: Cannot find the user, group or object 274
(the 274 is replaced with a different number if i try to delete a different group).
If I add a new group i can then go in and delete it no problem. There are no users in the group and it is not assigned to any of the folders.
Crystal Decision have been unable to supply a resolution to this problem.
