I have a report that needs to display two diferent totals i.e billible cost charges and non-billable charges. I don't know how to display both of them in one report. this is what I currently have. Location: Quantity: Amount:

I want the quantity to be able to list both Billable and Non-Billable info, but I don't know how, I only know how to give everything(billable/non-billable) but not both at the same time. BTW cstatus is the flag that dictates if is bill/non-bill "B"/"NB" how can I have to quanties insted of one? Location: Billable qty: Non-billable qty: Billable-amount: Non-Billable amount:

Different Crystal versions offer different means, please at least include the software version with any post regarding any product.

You can use a Running Total and in the Evaluate use a formula use something like:

{table.cstatus} = "B"

And for the other Running Total, use:

{table.cstatus} = "NB"

thanks for the quick answer. I am using version 8. but how can I display both totals in the report. thanks

After you create the running totals, move them to your report footer.

Sure, they aren't linked to each other, the evaluate usea formula uniquely identifies what each is summing.
