Getting Trained

Greetings! New here.

Been a tech 32yr+ now but never worked on an EMC server rack.

Would like to learn how to work with and troubleshoot this equipment so that I can take on some local work where the client uses EMC Clariion CX500 equipment.

I'm not sure what path to take in order to acquire the skills necessary to service trouble tickets on this equipment.

Suggestions would be most appreciated.
