I have to agree with a couple of comments I have seen
on how cumbersome Caldera has made things since aquiring
SCO. This is especially true when it comes to technical
issues. I did find a way to get to the SCO Technical Articles Center with relative ease. Below are the instructions to get there.

1. Go To:
2. Select Vision Products from the Tarantella Menu
3. Select "Support" from the drop down menu
4. Select "Knowledge Library" from the "Support" menu
5. In the Knowledge Library perform any kind of a search
and it will take you to the old "SCO Technical Articles
Search Center"
6. At this point you will be able to perform searches on
all SCO products in the same manner before Caldera took
over the operation.
