getting to setup to alter boot sequence ... after fdisk

Hi!
I fdisked my computer today, and went to install the OS...when I realized that the CD-ROM was not 2nd in the boot sequence....and hitting f2 upon reboot did not yield anything.

Does anyone know any way for me to get into the system setup utlity after having fdisked and f2 not working????
