getting this error on my 2003 server -

i've been tryin to look this up but cannot find any info on this error.
 
Looks like one of those tricky memory dump errors. Have you recently loaded any new builds of antivirus or something along those lines. I know that this has happened in the past with a piece of our Symantec software and we spent days sending logs to them. After about 3 different builds the problem miraculously went away. Go figure...
 
after looking into it more it seems to be with open files agent that runs with brightstor
