getting this error on bootup

History? What's changed since it wassn't doing this?
Where does this happen? (eg, is it a blue screen as windows is booting, pop-up after its loaded etc)#
That's definitely the exact message? (google doesn't find anything for ipi2ifs19.sys or subsets of it).
is 2k installed into C:\windows (normally c:\winnt)?
