Getting this error on auto discovery: scode=80040154, AfxDaoError=2000

I'm getting this error: scode=80040154, AfxDaoError=2000 after I do an autodiscovery. Here are the steps I take.

choose non-router devices
discover SNMP and non-SnMp devisces
Rediscover devices
do a scheduled discovery putting in user and password
leave community string @ public and all else alone
choose ping undiscovered devices
choose specific IP addresses
goes to discovery stages
when done pinging I get that message.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
