Greetings folks!

I searched and searched for any information regarding an error I am getting but I was not able to find anything, if someone knows please let me know.

I am trying to skill an agent and I am getting the following error:

Error: Unable to save the users skillsets.-2147155969:An unexpected error occurred in the Client. Please contact your Technical Support Prime if the problem persists. [-1]:IceUsers.Users.1

I am running CCMA 7.0.76.2 SU_03, stand-alone, CCMS 7.0.76.1 SU_0305

Any information would be greately appreciated!

Thank you!

I have found information on a scenario similar to this. Has this agent been changed from an agent to an agent/supervisor, or some other change similar to that?

If so then:

Once this error message is presented there are 2 scenarios;
1. The administrator changes the User Type back to the original and clicks ‘Submit’ again, if they do this then the error is cleared and the administrator can then refresh the CCMA view and see the current status of the Agent or Supervisor.
2. If the administrator sees the above error then either refreshes the CCMA view or clicks out of the Agent or Supervisor details - WITHOUT changing the User Type back to the original – CCMA view will refresh and the Agent or Supervisor will disappear from the CCMA view as if they have been deleted. That Agent or Supervisors ‘Login ID’ is then locked up. If the Administrator tries to re-add the Agent or Supervisor in CCMA an error will appear “Error: A user with login ID 902656 already exists”.

effort1584,

Your recomendation worked, thank you! Strange because I don't remember ever changing these two agents to a Supervisor or viceversa, but regardless, this resolved the issue.

Many thanks!
