Getting this error in Goldmine now no one can log in

Hi in trying to re-index our database this file has been changed. Is there anyway to fix the problem or can anyone send me a copy of their file so i can replace mines. This is the error i get.

Do a dummy install of GoldMine then copy the file from there...
