Getting Sun package SUNWCuser for Netscape

Hi, I am trying to install Netscape 4.76 for Solaris 2.6, but it says it needs the package SUNWCuser installed to work. This package is not on any of my systems and I can't seem to locate it (or any other package like this for that matter). Does anyone know where I can get the package?
