Where ca i find Director tutorials to star working with it, because i installed it today. I look powerful but i have some doubts.

1) In which formats can i export the movie?
2) is it possible to make an .exe file?

The manual has a very good getting started section..you do have the manual dont you? Try
you can export the movies to shockwave, quicktime, bmp and avi.

yes you can make an .exe file.
