Hello dbase’rs, I am just getting stated with dbase. I have been working with Access and Vb and a little sql for about 15 years. I now find myself managing about 15 million records and it growing rapidly. It’s to much for Access so here I am. Can I start with some simple questions?
Here they are if you can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
1. How do I import a Access table to dbase?
2. How do I merge or append tables in dbase?
3. How do I de-dupe a table in dbase?
4. How did I get here? (just kidding) getting home is more important!

Thank you

Everett

It would be helpful if you could mention the version and whether it is used in a DOS window or is fully Windows capable. Our answers could depend on that.

I use dBase for older programming and Visual FoxPro for newer programming. Others here use newer versions of dBase for Windows.

I'm sorry. Its a brand new version of dbase plus.
