HELP?????

I have a 75+ user main office housing 2 W2K servers (1 PDC & 1 Exchange 2K) connected to the internet via T1

I also have 5 small (10 or less users) remote sites and a handful of laptops with cellular modems in vehicles that I need to connect back to the main site for file sharing, e-mail, all of the normal networked office functions.

My thought is that setting up a VPN is the best way to go, but I don't know how to go about it.

What hardware (Cisco router? others?)
Server config for access?
Client config?

As you can see I'm kind of lost but with some advice I think I can make this thing work.
