Just looking for design suggestions. I am creating a data store (approximately 15 tables) in MSSQL2K that hold reporting data from 3 different Sybase databases. My guess is that I can use DTS via ODBC (or ADO??) to grab the Sybase data and load data. Also, I have heard that there are some issues with using Linked Servers to Sybase?

Having never done DTS yet, I was looking for any sugestions.

I did buy the SQL Server 2000 DTS Book that looks pretty loaded with examples. And, I know u learn by doing... tia,

I would try opening an OLE/DB or ODBC connection to Sybase (which ever it supports) and try running a query. Unless you have a more specific question or run into a problem, I am not sure what it is you want us to do for you.
