getting size of word cell from Excel

I'm wanting to get the size of a MS Word table cell using VBA from Excel, so all a user need do is ensure that their cursor is in the desired word cell, flip to excel and run the code on a chart to resize it to the word cell dimensions, and thus, can be pasted into word at 100%.

Any ideas.
