getting SCH3300 when copying a phone set

Hi,

I outted an extension 4688. This extension also has a softphone and a pca license.

When I copy a set and put 4688 for the new DN I get SCH3300.

What am I missing?

When you do CPY, you cannot assign an in-use DN. So, pick an unused DN, then go back and CHG the TN to the DN you need it to be.
