getting sch 3928 when trying to remove 2050pc softphone

hello fellow telecom people, I need your help i am trying to remove a 2050pc phone VIA TM and i keep getting this sch code 3928

SCH3928 TN type does not match with the corresponding voice or data TN.
Action:
Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: No

but the other wired thing in TM it showing this phone as a 1140e but in command line i can only prt it as type 2050pc has anyone seen or heard of this madness .

Sounds like TM and the switch think of the phone as different types.

Do a retrieve on the TN in TM and see if it now shows it as a 2050.

If this doesn't work try deleting it thru TTY.

Sounds like the TM and the CS1k are out of sync.

In TM select the check box next to the phone, click on edit at the top. Select Sync Status from the drop down leave previous as * and set new to NEW and click add. Select check box next to the item and submit. Now with the TM thinking it is new select check box against the set and select delete from the top (Set is removed from the TM database only).

Now you can either remove set at CLI or you can reteive the TN back to the TM. Then with the TM correct you can change or out.
