Getting same ring pattern for internal and external calls

Normally an internal call has the two quick beeps after the ring but a recent partner installation has the same ring for all calls. Can this be turned on and off. I've never had to change this before.

distinctive ring" is the feature you are looking for and it is programmed via system programming option #308 then Ext. number and on
