Hello all

I'm being sent to a web site to subscribe to it via an email link.

When I get there I fill in Username and eMail and press the SUBMIT button.

Then it gives me a "REFERER" error and ask me to fix and resubmit.

How can I fix this problem,

Thanks

Myrna

Run the usual three: AdAware - SpyBot Search and destroy - CWShredder.

Hi micker

I'm curious what is focusing you on AdAware - SpyBot Search and destroy - CWShredder.

Are these the actual names of the programs.

I will say..my notbook is sharing my cable internet connection via a Linksys wireless connection.

The past week I have been experienceing a disconect for about 30 seconds then it reconnects for about 30 minutes and continues this all day long.

I remember last year I download some sort of server and when I run it I got the same behavior..so I ununstalled it and everything went back to normal..

Your help is appreciated

Thanks

Nyrna

You know I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch but I downloaded "SpyBot Search and destroy - CWShredder."

Run them And I was amazed all the spybots and dialers that were on my system.

Anyway now when I run it my entire system is clean

And guess what..I'm not having the disconnect problem anymore and it has been over a week that I had this problem. It's only been a couple hours but im hoping it stays that way.

Thanks for the lead

Myrna

This month of February, 2004 has been unusually brutal for IE exploits of all kinds.

The internet is a mess as a result. Just be carefull out there.

Hey!

I just come back to say it started again and the whole day was disconnecting "Wireless Connection Unavailable" and reconnecting "Single Strength Excellent".

I searched the internet for a solution, then decided to reset that router.

I shutdown the remote computer (my notebook) then pulled the plug on the router, reboot my main computer and reset the Cable modem (pulled the plug (power)).

I was looking over the router and noticed on the bottom it had a lil hole labeled RESET in the bottom. but I didn't have to use that I think when I pulled the power it reset it.

Anyway after the boot I restarted my remote and it seems to be working fine. Hasn't dropped the connection past several hours. So thats a lead for you.

Thanks for the Help

later Russ
