Trying to convert Pervasive v11 database to Micrsoft SQL server database on Windows server 2008R2. I keep getting the error: "Get app version error[GetDBCfgName]: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 10.248.172.107:1583". Any help will be appreciated on bypassing Port 1583.

Installed: PSQLv11 on server and client
Now trying to migrate PSQl db to MS SQL server

Thanks,

You can't bypass port 1583. The PSQL engine uses port 1583 to communicate between client and server. You need to open the port in the firewall.
