Getting "[11] - Device does not exist" error on CUCM 6.0

Hi,

I am having issues when trying to log in to a 7965 phone using a device profile login. Phone will allow you to enter user id and pin, after hitting submit it shows error "[11] device does not exist". I have 4 phones that's having this issue, these phones were previously working and were log out for some time. I tried to program an extension to the phone without using Device Profile and the phone works. We use device profile in our office and need to get these phones working.

what exact version of 6.0?
If you hit the clear softkey button while the error is displayed does the phone log in normally?
 
Below is the software version. There is no clear softkey, only exit softkey appears. It also says login unsuccesful.

Active Version 6.1.2.1124-1
Inactive Version 6.1.2.1106-1
 
Can you use the same user info and log in to a differerent phone? Does it work when logging to another set?
The error you get seems to point to the device profile. It either does not exist, not set up properly on not attached to a user.
 
The user profile works when you log in to another phone. I replaced the phones and used the same user logins.
 
Hopefully you've figured this out by now, but I just had the same message, and found that you need to check the Enable Extension Mobility box in the Extension Mobility section, under the Phone Configuration page.

Worked like a charm.
