getting promted to authenticate very 5 minutes with secure client

I have a user with Secure Client and he is getting prompted to authenticate every 5 minutes. Has anyone seen that before and or know any fixes for it?

Yes, it is how he/she has secure client configured, there is a section on how often it should challenge for authentication. I will look into it, let you know later today.
