If you are using Access 2000, Microsoft Knowledge Base has an article 200611 which shows how to enumerate existing printers, both local and network. Also, here's another link... http://www.microsoft.com/AccessDev/Articles/GetzCh10.HTM#List If you are using Access 2002, I have some code in a book that will work, and it has only a few lines.
