Getting picture files turned to regular files from Macromedia

On the program: Omega (From Manson's Mechanical Animals CD's enhanced CD program), how should i turn the artwork into a picture file or print it?

Hi,
I don't know the CD, but can't you press the print screen btn at the top of your keyboard, then save it appropriatly?
