getting password

Based on the user's email, I would like to all his profile information i.e. userid, userpassword, contact phone no...

I am searching the ldap directory by the email, and brings all the attributes mentioned above. The problem is that the password is comming in an encrypted format.

Is there any way to bring the password in a normal format.
