Getting outlook and netscape email folders back

I have an HP 8570C, and I bought an external 80GB HD, backed up my whole C: drive to it, and am about to reformat and reinstall my Win98SE, thus getting rid of a bunch of problems. But I have a bunch of important mail in folders for Outlook2000, IE6, Netscape7, addresses ands favorites. Can I restore them or just copy them back? How?

Search your pc for *.pst files.Copy the file onto your new install,then import them to your new outlook using "file,import export"

You can also save your favourites by exporting them to a file as well. "file,import export".

Thanks. I copied the whole hd onto the new one hoping there was a way to get that kind of info back without having to export and import folders one by one. Can I do that?
