I have an Ip Office on 9.1.12 and a session border controller on 7.2. And I have been testing the One-X mobile preferred app from my Android. I will attach the document that Avaya provided me with to program this device. The app connects however it is giving me this error " The application is operational with the exception of the VOIP feature which is experiencing problems registering with the server. (Error 16:0)". I have about 60 hours working with Avaya to try get this working and to no avail. I am wondering if anyone has ever got this working?

Yes we did but we hired somebody who did the SBC so I cannot help you with that.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Depending on how you've got your SBC setup, but does it have a public IP that is used to connect through the sbc to the One-x on the other side?
secondly i always have issues with the Server flows and the relays, making sure that i get them right. this where the most common issue with failure to pass through takes place.
thirdly, you've changed the VoIP options in the device that you are using to connect one-x? documentation shows this one.
Fourthly do you need a manipulation script so that it works with your provider. I am in Australia and to work with Telstra we need to have a manipulation script that we add to make sure it works.

Yes I have it working on many customers without any issues.
The most common issue is to convince their network IT to get the configuration on their firewall right.
