Hi,

I'm trying to determine if there is a set plugged in to a particular TN, so I tried to use the IDU command from LD32 and LD20, but it's returning an NPR502 message for any digital TNs that I try.

Running ERR NPR502, returns the following description:
NPR0502
No call registers available for IDU.

Severity: Minor

Has anyone any idea why this happening and how I can fix it?

We are running a Meridian Option 11.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks,

print those in load 22, modify in ld 17. here's the settings in my 81c

Code:
PARM
  LPIB 3500
  HPIB 3500
  500B 2000
  SL1B 255

Hi John,

Here is the output from my system:

PARM
LPIB 100
HPIB 100
500B 100
DTIB 100
DTOB 100
NCR 1000
MGCR NULL

I don't have access to LD17, so I think it's time to call in our maintenance contractors, I'll see what they say and report back.

Thanks,
Dave

i wouldn't pay for that change if they did the install, those are default params and any installer should know better

Hi John,

It turns out our system was missing a patch which they have now installed and no, they did not charge for it :)

Thanks for your help.

Dave

score one for the working man, do you happen to have that patch number?
