I really need some help here. I need to retrieve a message from our Avaya Intuity Audix Voicemail system. I have tried to setup Outlook so that it downloads my messages, but it will not authenticate me. Outlook acknowledges that it can find the server, but when it gets to the step where it authenticates me, it just keeps throwing my user name and password box up. I have trying to log in with my extension as my user name and my voicemail password as my password. When I look at the system, Messaging systems are up and running and I can see my client trying to connect, so I am making it that far. Does anyone have any ideas on what I may not be able to log in and download my mail messages? I would really appreciate some help. This is for a legal case of course and i am under pressure to deliver. Thanks.
