We have Netview v 6.0 running on NT Server 4 on a brand new machine (Dell w/ 256M ram, 20G hdd, etc). There is consistently an error message that displays several minutes after starting the Netview program..."trapd.exe - Application error: The instruction at...referenced memory at...memory could not be read." We then have to restart the daemons. But eventually it will error out again.
This same error occurred on a previous machine. We thought we had hardware problems, but with the same problem occurring, it's obviously a program error, or maybe an OS setting?. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions/fixes?
