Hello,

I have two tables CUSTOMERS and SALESCALLS, which are linked by their fields CUSTOMERID, where each customer record has a series of sales calls records for it.

Each sales call has a field keycount which is just number, so Im trying to display just the sales call record for each customer which has the MAXIMUM keycount

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Group report by Customer Id and Sales key both sorted by ascending
Place customer ID and Key in Sales key group footer
Supress Group headers, cust id grp fotter and details.

Place any other data you require in fey footer, this will be the last record

I think I need to explain better....basically each Customer has a bunch of sales calls for its record and then for each sales call Im trying to get the most recent sales call.

Each sales call has a field keycount(just a number) which is what Im using to get the max call which is basically the one that has been entered with the most recent date which has a field entrydate

So I need to only pull the call log with the most recent entry date

thanks
