Hi,
Our Windows PC users are currently using Outlook 2000 to get their mail from the companies Exchange Server (2003).
There is a proposed takeover of our company in the pipeline and the company concerned have asked me if I can configure our Outlook clients to connect to their email server via IMAP at the same time as they are already connected to our existing Exchange Server so that when the time comes to the switch over a sudden reconfig of each and every PC will be required.
I can see that existing mail storage is not an issue as all of our mail is downloaded from the Exchange server into local Personal Folders but I cant see that we can use outlook 2000 to connect to an Exchange Server and at the same time another server via IMAP. I guess this is because when you setup the Mail Support for Outlook you choose Corporate or Internet at the start of Outlook setup.
Any advise would bne greatly appreciated.
