Getting License error Message on Netware 5.0

I recently had to unload the Directory Services because DSREPAIR was unable to correct a dataqbase problem. Once I unloaded the DS aqnd reinstalled it the Server was Okay. Lost all my users and printer settings. Small shop and not as big deal to rebuild it. However I keep getting the following error: Policy Manager (5.00.89) Server XXXXXX was unable to obtain a valid Server Base License Error #C0001002. I've uninstalled the license and reinstalled thru the NWCONFIG. I've also installed using NWADMIN. any suggestions on how to correct this problem ? I have not applied any of the Service Packs as of yet (next on the Agenda). I need to get the licensing fixed first. Thanks

Load those service packs and then see what problems you have.
