Getting jpeg pictures to upload on internet

I'm building my website on FP 2002. I have uploaded my website and some of the pictures are visible and some are not. I'm inserting them from file and sending them all over at the same time. When I was inserting them the program would ask me on some of them if I wanted them embedded and I responded yes, those are the pictures that you can view on the internet.

I need someone to tell me the trick to getting the program to ask me if I want to embed or help on getting them to upload. I'm following a book put out by Miscrosoft on How to use FP 2002.
