Getting it all together

Is there a program to create a install file, or list, of all the files I need in my program? so I can send some1 a file which will include all the components they will need. can anyone recommend any good programs?

InstallShield. That's what it's designed and created for.

I'm fairly sure BCB comes with InstallShield Express, especially designed for Builder. It may only come with Enterprise, I don't know. Enterprise is all I've ever installed.
