getting into a bcm 200

Hi All.

I have a BCM 200 here that no one knows the administrator password for. I have tried everything I know (every password), but still get

invalid username / bad password / locked out user account.

Is there a way to reset the password on the unit physically... or through software?

I recommend you get a Nortel certified technician to help you out.

You have to reset the system in a proper way, failing to do so will wipe out all programming and key codes at a great cost to recover.
