Getting Internet Properties window exiting IE

FYI- I found the culprit. I have been using Swanksoft's HistoryKill for about two years without a problem. Apparently something now conflicts or got corrupted (I did do a reinstall of HK). The problem disappears if I exit HK first. I've contacted Swanksoft.
